Who we are
Stride & Summit (“we,” “us”) helps small and medium-sized businesses get more customers from their websites and online presence. This policy explains what information we collect through strideandsummit.com, our forms, and our ads, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a website audit, use one of our free tools, download a guide, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, business type, location, and answers about your business (for example, how customers find you or your approximate revenue range).
Facebook and Instagram lead forms. If you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you submit in that form with us. Meta may pre-fill some fields from your profile; you can review and edit them before submitting.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We also use the Meta Pixel, described below.
Public business information. When preparing an audit, we review publicly available information about your business, such as your website, Google Business Profile, search results, and online reviews.
How we use your information

- To respond to your questions and follow up about services you may be interested in
- To send our newsletter and related emails, if you subscribe

Cookies and the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. The Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to record actions such as page views and form submissions.
When you submit a form, we may also send Meta a notice of that submission through Meta's Conversions API. Your email address is sent only in hashed (scrambled) form, not as readable text.
You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences and block cookies in your browser settings.
